ofc even that was a straight forward question I can probably find an answer 
to on my own. However I could also waste a lot of time :P

I really don't even know what I need to know. So even just a list of basic 
topics for this working environment maybe? 

Normally someone would go to school for several years and be equipped. Not 
an option right now. I am willing to back track, but I want to just focus 
on what I need to know to do this specifically.
