Actually, there is; I found a how-to for it, and mentioned the URL
somewhere else, in some recent pull req.  It's not clear if the opt-out is
per-user, or per-project.  At any rate, since I can't log in, I can't
change that.

Until I'm able to log in, I'm flying blind, and cannot see the circleci
test results.

Productivity tools are supposed to make one productive; currently, circleci
has become anti-productive :-/   I hope they fix it soon.
