Hi Omar ( & welcome Scott), I am inflight today so won't be able to make the call .. however, here are the CBW updates and Action items :
- CBW needs a repo created on OCP-Github for CBW kernel development (*Amber agreed to do that in 1H Jan 2017* ) ; just need the activity to completed. - CBW will demo and showcase at least one CBW use case at the technology day on March 7th (day before OCP Summit) ; same demo use case to be show cased at the engineering workshop during OCP summit as well. - CBW also submitted a talk proposal on OCP CBW H/W & S/W applicability for creating new class of "open networking" solutions for campuses and branches. (waiting on final decision for OCP ) - I also contacted and invited a large university (they run a large campus environment with 25,000 students) ; very interesting application and can use the CBW H/W (OCP APs & Branch switches) ; they will present their use case in upcoming CBW monthly call (Jan or Feb) and why CBW makes sense for them.
