Hello all,

I wanted to reach out and introduce myself. My name is Kali Burdette, and I
am the new Meeting & Event Manager for OCP. I will be working with you all
on your OCP Project calls as well as other projects like Summit,
Engineering workshops, etc.

We are about to do a full conversion from Fuze to GoToWebinar for all of
the OCP Project calls. The conversion will happen next Tuesday, October 24.
On that date, you will see all of the current project events on our Google
Calendars disappear. Then, we will add them each back onto the calendar
with new GoToWebinar log-in information and invite all members of that
project.

A great quick instruction page to review before joining a GTW for the first
time can be found here
<https://support.logmeininc.com/gotowebinar/how-to-join-attendees>. A
couple things to note about this. In the beginning it talks about
registering for the webinar ahead of time or right before the call. The
link to register/join will be in the calendar event, so you will most
likely being doing it right before the call, and it will bring you directly
into the session. Also, if you are wanting to join via your mobile device
only, you will need to download the GoToWebinar app. It's free and easy to
use - one time download and you can access the calls very easily.

An OCP staff member will be present on every project call to assist with
any issues. We are excited about this conversion as GTW is extremely user
friendly and easier to navigate than Fuze and other tools. We hope this new
process will offer a better experience for all of you.

After the calls, your Project Leads will upload the recording links to your
group’s wiki.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to working
with all of you!

Kali
