November is full of OCP Events!


There are a lot of fantastic opportunities for the OCP Community to
collaborate and contribute to help drive the open hardware ecosystem in,
near and around the data center and beyond over the coming weeks. Check out

*Open Source Strategy Forum*

November 8, Downtown New York, NY

Joshua Matheus, Open Compute Project Foundation Board Member, and Global
Head of Networks for Goldman Sachs, will be making a presentation entitled *The
Open Compute Project: Open IT Infrastructure to Achieve Greater Choice,
Customization, and Cost Savings*.

The only open source event in the financial services industry in the U.S.,
the Open Source Strategy Forum is a one-day conference for executive-level
decision makers and senior technologists from financial services seeking to
drive industry innovation through open source. Attendees will include
C-level executives from most of the world's largest and most important
financial services firms as well as open source and enterprise thought
leaders. A world-class speaker roster will lead a dynamic conversation
about leveraging open source as a key part of a corporate technology
strategy. The event will take place in downtown New York City at the BNY
Mellon office.

*TIP Summit*

November 8 – 9, Santa Clara Convention Center, Santa Clara, CA

TIP Summit 2017 is the place to collaborate with Telecom Infra Project
members and continue to develop new approaches to transforming telecom
networks. See the latest innovations on the expo floor. Hear
thought-provoking keynotes and insightful technical presentations from BT,
Deutsche Telekom, Facebook, Reliance Jio and Telefonica.



The OCP Telco Project will host an Engineering Workshop November 9th from
10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The OCP community can register to attend for free, and can

*DCD Zettastructure*

November 7 – 8, Old Billingsgate Market, London London

On November 8 from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, OCP will be featuring a variety of
interactive sessions from leaders in open hardware innovation, including
Microsoft, YJ America, Radisys, Schneider Electric and Romonet.

delegates that meet DCD’s registration criteria and are responsible in some
way for the design, build, operations, and / or procurement of their
company’s data center, IT and network infrastructure, hardware, software
and services. These passes are not provided to organizations that sell
products or services to this community.



Individuals that are responsible for selling products and services to these
organizations are able to attend the event if their registration is tied to
their company’s commercial relationship with DCD. If their company is not
commercially engaged with DCD there are a limited number of Business
