Hello Ganesh, first of all, thanks a lot for your quick answer. I did a little checking... the clamav-user thing was a false positive :) As I said, I saw the error message during the scripts execution. But since the user actually is there on my system (and probably wasn't before), your script prooves beforehand running the useradd command whether such a user is aready available. So nothing to be done for this issue.
I'm running Gentoo 1.4 using the hardened Gentoo Kernel 2.4.22-r2 and glibc-2.3.2-r3. If you need any further information, please don't hesitate to write a short mail! Peace, Georg
