MailScanner doesn't allow filenames with double extensions, i.e.,
.LTR.pdf, that is the problem, so you can either disable this feature in
/etc/MailScanner/filename.rules.conf - search for filename hiding (not advisable) or just send file with name *.pdf.
Why such double extensions are caught ? - Viruses can spread by naming themselves like *.txt.exe, for the ordinary user, it would appear as a text file and when they double click, *BOOM*, you got a problem.
