 From the Mail you had forwarded, it is blocked because the e-mail's 
HTML has form tag in it.

you can edit /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
and change the behavior by setting the value:

"Allow Form Tags ="

but note that if you allow form tags, it is a compromise on security, 
maybe you could use the option disarm if you are using OpenProtect 
5.0.1.6, but then too not 100% safe.
