Yes, this is a much-needed option for folks whose network environments mangle UDP/ESP/DTLS in a way that OpenConnect can't automatically handle gracefully. See https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/NetworkManager-openconnect/-/issues/7 for an example. Could you submit this patch as a merge request at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/NetworkManager-openconnect/-/merge_requests for easier discussion of the details of the code?
