Connect to anyconnect server using an specific cipher

I'm trying to connect to a vpn server using anyconnect protocol but when 
connecting it is using the (RSA)-(AES-256-CBC)-(SHA1) cipher suite 
instead of ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256. Since there is not much 
documentation or examples on how to change it rather than just a command 
option that requires a list I wanted to ask how to do so and if needed 
add more ciphers to the list.
