Okay I tried starting with an autotools cleanup; since it's a bit too
messed up for format-patch to produce mailable output, I've pushed the
branch on my Gitorious mirror:

http://gitorious.org/~flameeyes/opencryptoki/flameeyess-opencryptoki/commits/simplified-build

[if it cannot be clicked http://tinyurl.com/63hfp6o ]

This version doesn't use as many recursive Makefile.am, and builds the
token objects in a much cleaner way (but not completely proper yet).

Please note that this version does not currently install the usual
ldconfig file so it won't work out of the box as it is; I'd sincerely
like to know whether stdll objects are supposed to be on the loader
search path or not, and whether PKCS11_API should; if the answer to both
are "no", then it would be much easier to simply install libopencryptoki
in /usr/lib(64) and the stdll as in /usr/lib(64)/stdll.

Comments?
