Hello, Is the following correct:
Setting the signature->resign time to zero (<Resign> in kasp.xml)
does NOT stop the signer from starting automatically?
Looking in the code (/signer/signer_engine/Zone.py) makes me believe
this has indeed no effect.
If so I would like to submit the following for consideration:
* Setting the <Resign> time to zero disables the autom. startup of
the signer.
* When you need the signer to run, you can do this manually by
running 'ods-signer sign <zone>'
