I've never used reprepro so I'm just echoing what I found on the web, but it seems to be as simple as adding SignWith: <your pgp key> to conf/distributions. If that doesn't do the trick, never mind Over here we frown upon unsigned repositories. Having everything signed makes verification much easier, even if it's just a test machine.
