Hi, Sorry to be very late to the party (back after some time off....). Based on a separate request for this we have just implemented an option (--no-notify) to do a ds-seen without notifying the enforcer: https://issues.opendnssec.org/browse/OPENDNSSEC-390 Should be available in 1.3.16/1.4.3. I will add a JIRA issue to review the other commands that automatically HUP the enforcer.
