I'm able to CREATE an issue @ JIRA.
I'm also able to COMMENT on issues I create.
How do I CLOSE an issue I've opened?
Also, I'd like to COMMENT on an existing/open issue (e.g.
https://issues.opendnssec.org/browse/OPENDNSSEC-862).
Unlike with issues I create, there's no 'COMMENT' option. Is there a
flag/permission that needs to be toggled by admins, or by the bug creator?
