[opendx-dev] ColorMapEditor

Can someone lead me through a _simple_ way to get a ColorMapEditor displayed??
I was looking at cleaning up some of the warnings in src/uipp/widgets. The
first one I came across was in ColorMapEditor. This thing is sub-classed from
Form _wrong_. The initialization of the ClassRec is _missing_ fields......
