Log Message:
Fixed a nasty little bug in the REALLOCATE_COLOR routine. This was
not allowing 8 bit displays to run DX due to the color table getting
hosed. It took me three days to track down the problem and it was
simply a pointer addition error. While I was at it, I fixed one of
the structures to use what it really was so to get rid of all the
casting back and forth.
