[opendx-dev] The new configure/acinclude

Could people please update to the new configure and acinclude today 
and put it through their tests. I think I handled everybody's 
concerns, but I want to make sure it is usable asap (while I still 
have an idea what could be the problem). I did try to highly document 
everything in the acinclude.m4--so if you're interested, it's awesome 
reading (ha ha).
