The FrameControl is creating the Steppers and Numbers with a little bit of
the top or bottom cut off. This is where I start to sound like a broken
record, then again nobody probably remembers what a record is :) Anyway,
these widgets are being created with a height of 19, which for various
reasons that I won't go into right now is not enough room. Once again, all
together now, let the toolkit do its job.
Also the arguments are being set with explicit numbers, instead of a variable.
What a pain in the butt to get rid of one......
