changes to work with new dx configure and arch.mak.
dxlink/ changes for the OpenDX include path... dxl.h isn't in include/dx
build java samples correctly on more platforms, better detect what
prerequisite javadx components got built in opendx.
*_make.in files for samples in-place and installed (some work, some are just
skeletons of what might work) .
notably, various readmes are now even more out of date.
