I decided to download the 4.1 tarball and build binaries from there.
Not sure, but I think my last clean build from CVS was March 15.
I was using a modified acinclude.m4 to succesfully make libAnyDX.so in
src/uipp/java. With the new tarball it chokes once again, with same
problem as before. Since Pete had made the suggested changes to
acinclude.m4, I thought the problem was fixed. This is just problem with
sgi gcc.
The changes were:
