cvs log -rdx-4-0-6 seems to do what you want. This does provide a rather
verbose, and redundant, account. You may want to have a look at the lesstif
scripts/parselog, which gathers up the messages for multiple files and prints
them only once. This is how we generate the ChangeLog for LessTif. However it
seems to be having some problems with OpenDx.
