Please remind me of the current packaging of opendx vis-a-vis documentation. I don't see the postscript docs in the installed version we have here, but someone else did the install and maybe either didn't download them or install them. Actually I was looking at the frightful html mumbo-jumbo in the QuickStart Guide Chapter on Importing Data. As you know if you've seen it, it's unparseable. However, I just found the PDF versions online (didn't think to look for them earlier: who did these anyway? thanks!). So the bottom line question is, shouldn't we be (or are we already) distributing the PDFs as well as the html in the standard download packaging (with samples, etc.)? Then, some eager volunteer, maybe me, can go through the html and put in links to the PDF docs in place of the garbage html.
Opinions and clarifications, please. Chris Pelkie Vice President/Scientific Visualization Producer Conceptual Reality Presentations, Inc. 30 West Meadow Drive Ithaca, NY 14850 [EMAIL PROTECTED] (607) 257-8335 or (607) 254-8794
