In the latest CVS, Greg changed netcdf include files to
/usr/include/netcdf/*.h, /usr/include/cdf to
cdf/*h and HDF to /usr/include/hdf/*.h

Previously it used to search in usr/include.  By default if you compile CDF,
NetCDF and HDF
it would install headers in usr/include or usr/local/include.
