Was this patched against the CVS tree or on 4.1.0?

Attached is the patch I mentioned earlier this week. In short, it
disables all locks when dxexec is running in single process mode.
$DX_FORCE_LOCKS=1 can be used to override DX's preference for testing.
With this mod, I get a 22% speedup on cached executions of "the meganet".
