Several corrections:
        Fixed link bugs within html files;
        Removed a few progu files that were replicated as beta and
        never linked in to the html tree.
        Removed a few unused images.
        Removed "expires" meta tag, since it is past date.
        Cleaned up some html structure.
        Changed the cvs entries for images.tar and pages.tar to
        binary and correcting problem created when Greg did the
        windows updates.
