Update the prompter a little to better handle the combination of Windows
and DX. This was handled in the main UI, but the prompter was a little
neglected. Now works relatively the same as the VPE. File Dialog Boxes
play with Windows paths, but after returning convert everything to
unix separators. To send in the filter, needed to convert the
separators to Win. Accumulate data directories correctly.
