The knownbugs was never really there that I know of, I'd click on the
submit/search for a bug.

Yes there is a bug database. I haven't looked at it in a while to see
how filled with junk its gotten. Go to either opendx.org/support.html
and it can direct you there or go to IBM's website and they have a
link also.
Seems to have fallen into disrepair.
