It appears the CULL_FACE functionality was never fully implemented in
the OpenGL back-end, and I'm about to hook it up to a field attribute.

     Before I do, my question (to whoever started implementing it) is what
the difference between "OFF" and "NONE" was intended to be, and do we need
both?

     ./src/exec/hwrender/hwXfield.h:
        #define DXHW_CULL_OFF   0
        #define DXHW_CULL_NONE  1
        #define DXHW_CULL_FRONT 2
        #define DXHW_CULL_BACK  3

My thought is to delete NONE, leave OFF the default, and make OFF mean
glDisable(GL_CULL_FACE) -- currently it does not.

Thanks,

Randall
