[opendx-dev] Could we get HTML doc set up as separate project?

I would like to be able to edit the documentation once in a while 
(such as adding notes about new attributes and such). But the way 
things are now if you edit the docs, you end up creating a huge 
download for all cvs users. Would someone at IBM please set up the 
HTML doc directory as a separate cvs project/dir? Something like docs?
