[opendx-dev] ImageMagick requirement?

I'm wondering if we can require that users who want ImageMagick 
support have a least a minimum of a version number. _im_image.c is 
getting extremely difficult to debug and even read because of all the 
ImageMagick version differences. Since version 5.2 or so, things have 
solidified in the ImageMagick camp so could we just require that 
someone wanting to use ImageMagick with DX have at least version 5.2? 
This would allow a big cleanup of the ImageMagick writing code and 
would set us up for extending the ImageMagick code for subsequent 
versions.
