Update for JavaDX to allow jpg as a valid image format as well as fix
up the gif to use ImageMagick since the gif format is gone internally.
Also update the macros to use the standard naming convention:
vrmlexport is now VRMLExport
imageexport is now ImageExport
dxexport is now DXExport
Update WebOptions to accept true/false as well as 0/1 for orbit.
I will commit the updated JavaDX samples next. You will need to do
a make clean in the dxuilib in order to use the updated code.
