OK. Its been so long, I don't really remember what I did... I'll change
the version and release numbers and strings in configure.in and tag the
cvs dx-4-2-0. Anything else?

I think everybody is in agreement now that we should bump. Greg,
could you change the version number stuff and commit the release? It
would give us the weekend to work on compilation.
