1) "LEX = flex" in Makefiles; had to change this to "flex -l" due to
undefined yylineno's
Odd, as I don't hit this on IRIX -- same flex version too.
2) man/manl/dx.l doesn't exist in the dx14Jul2002 IBM CVS snapshot for some
reason:
http://opendx.watson.ibm.com/dx/tars/dx14Jul2002.tar.gz
This problem's come up before, back when the IBM disk filled up.
