Okay, the branch and the trunk should all be sorted out now. The
trunk is the same as the prelibtool tag and the libtool branch should
have all my updates applied. I now see where the errors were
introduced when doing the commit. You have to make sure when doing
adds and removes that you commit with the -r flag so that they get
set with the appropriate sticky tag (thus get submitted to the branch
and not the trunk). Sorry for the hassles and delays.

I just checked out the mail branch (that is, in a clean directory I did cvs
get dx) and what I got had dpexec/dpattribute.c in dpexec but no
dpexec/attribute.c. I think there's something badly wrong with our
understanding of how to use branching. Maybe the cvs remove and cvs add
commands don't understand that you are working in a branch?
