Log Message:
Fix up the wording on WORD_BIGENDIAN and fix two places where it was
never changed (in buffer.Z). Extract it from buffer.Z due to the fact
that the preprocessing hoses being able to use a built buffer.c on a
system that built it (if endianess is different). Also this removal
allows for fixing a problem with DX_NATIVE_WINDOWS building.
