Dependency with autoconf/automake is not all that easy. That's why if
header files change, it is much easier to just do a make clean then
make then to try and figure out all the dependencies. Most (and I
mean most) are not building from CVS every time files change--so its
just easier to advise the developers working with cvs to do as I
recommend above.

Thanks David, that solved the problem.
Though that should indicate a missing dependency in the uipp branch!
Can that be fixed?
