This bug appears on MacOS X with OpenMotif 2.2 as well, but I don't
see it on our Windows build with Exceed. It might be a specific
version of Motif that is showing the problems (2.2?) That might be
worth testing. On Windows, dx would link against Motif 2.1

Fix the Page{Up,Down} crash bug in the vpe. The fix is ifdef'ed for linux.
If the bug appears on other platforms, then the ifdef can be modified.
Fix a memory leak in XHandler so that it can be used for the fix in
EditorWindow.
