Several changes that work around a bug in the Hummingbird X server:
- provide a new base class that draws the rounded corners for tabs for
tabs used in the vpe. This class - NotebookTab - servers the
PageTab class used in the vpe's canvas, and the Notebook class
used in the ToolSelector in the vpe.
- Remove the use of the {top,bottom}ShadowPixmap resources that was
causing trouble with Hummingbird.
- Remove the .bm files from Makefile.am in base and dxuilib.
There should not be any noticable difference, except when
dxui is displaying on a Hummingbird.
