Fix to prevent dxui from saving incorrect syntax in a macro's .net
file if the user sets the category name to "" using 'Edit/Macro Name...'.
When the net's category is set to 0-length string, don't register that
name with the symbol manager. Otherwise we store that in the .net
file causing a syntax error reading in the .net
