Fix a crash bug that starts in DisplayNode::notifyWhereChange when a parameter
value is set to "". DXValue::CoerceValue() was accessing array element -1
when the string input was 0 length. Once in a while this would core dump,
although
it probably happened only when the Display tool had a user-specified Where
param as would be the case with SuperviseWindow AND the user did some operation
like drag-n-drop, cut/copy/paste, 'Edit/Insert Program...', in which dxui
created a temporary network.
