dialog doesn't get much use since you can use the middle mouse
button to drag a page to a new location and you can double click

the window manager and not with the libXm that you're using.)

other words, does the window manager allow you to resize the
dialog to any small size you want?
My windowmanager is Xfce.
Yes, I can resize the window;
funny detail: the minimum size of the dialog is larger than its initial
size. So once resized to bigger size, I cannot resize it back to its too
small initial size (I can resize back to the correct minimum size, though).
BTW: this dialog has more functionality than only renaming or replacing.
the Page. It allows you to exclude the Page from the postscript output!
