Depends on what code you want to familiarize yourself with. If you're thinking the visualization algorithms, you'll be looking at code in src/exec. From there, you'll want to try and track down algorithms. For example, you're interested in Regrid, look at the Regrid module in dxmods/regrid.c. However, after you look here, you'll notice that really most of the regrid algorithm resides in _connectgrids.c. If you're looking for ui stuff--then that's a whole different ball of wax.

Dear DXer's

I would like to familiarize myself more with the source code so I can
understand what is exactly going on in some cases. Does anyone have
suggestions on the best set of files to read first to orient myself to the
internals? I'm sure there are "must read firsts" to quicken the pace.

TIA for suggestions.

Regards -
Ken
