Log Message:
A couple more updates for the server issue. Now we check to make sure
everything starts okay with DXLStartDX. If it doesn't the server dies--
this would only be a problem the first time things really get started
and are being used. If it dies--there is an error message that shows
what happened so the server admin can fix it.
