I've downloaded precompiled 4.0.2 for RedHat Linux and ran it. The Colormap madule has the same flaw: scrabled colour spectrum for 16 bpp (8 and 32 bpp are okay).
That leaves me puzzled: is this an OpenDX bug or has my RedHat 6.0 shortcomings with the 16 bpp colourmaps??? (I'm running the default RH6 distro). am I the only Linux user having problems with the Colormap colour bar, or am I the only Linux user who runs OpenDX with 16 bpp? Rob.
