That is because ImageMagick is using libbz2 compression, instead of LZW due
to patent issues.
You can get precompiled libbzip2 from RedHat ftp server.  I think it is
under
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/rawhide.

It could very well be on one of you RH 6.0 CD.
