Hi - I'm evaluating DX to use as the viz engine for a large (open source) and large-scale (read gene-chip) gene expression database and analysis project. I'm keen on it as it give us the ability to allow users to define their own set of analyses and visualizations.
Right now there's nothing to see, but we hope to have DX incorporated in the analysis pipeline within a couple of months. I'm also agitating for the company to evaluate how DX could be used to provide similar kinds of support for otehr projects in the company, ranging from large-scale genomic sequencing projects to metabolic pathway databases.
