Hello everyone. I have made some assumptions about why to use which machine and want to check the validity of my assumption.
I have assumed that a slower machine with fewer users, each running various unix processes, will give better performance than a faster machine with more users. I have also assmued that a slower unix machine will perform better than a faster PC because of fewer layers of software. Thanks for your thoughts. -Randy
