Hi- I am running opendx on Redhat Linux v6.1. I can get the code to execute by typing "dx" at the prompt. However, I cannot display anything - even sample files from the dxsamples tar ball. I keep getting an error message: "Unable to connect to dxexec". Can anyone help me out. I followed the instructions at the opendx web site to try to circumvent this problem - i.e., I typed "dx -uionly&" and then typed "dx -execonly&" and tried to connect via the menu interface -- no good!
