I've done my best to get new versions of these files.. I've installed the most recent NT service pack which I was under the impression fixed this sort of thing, and went to another NT lab on my campus and verified that my versions had the same file size and creation date, but it doesn't fix anything. Has anyone else successfully dealt with this? Can anyone think of anything else I could try? Thanks! Emily
